Please note photos are intended as a reference. Our balloon displays are individually handcrafted and are never identical. Substitution may be made at our discretion with the intention to achieve best overall design results.

Terms

Invoices

Aspen Air, LLC will invoice the Client after completion of client intake. A 100% non refundable deposit required at time of acceptance of estimate.

Payment methods

Payment will be made to Aspen Air, LLC via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Aspen Air, LLC.

Artistic Discretion

Aspen Air, LLC has the right to use artistic discretion to modify installations and arrangements. Colors may vary as inspiration photos are subject to the interpretation of Aspen Air, LLC.

Cancellation

1. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE DEADLINES

Refunds are subject to the discretion of Aspen Air, LLC.

2. HOW TO CANCEL AND CHANGE

Please send your cancellation or change request by email to info@aspenair.com AND leave a phone message 402-730-1011. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email.

Aspen Air, LLC is not able to change or cancel an order if the request is made with 72 hours of the delivery date and time.

If Aspen Air, LLC is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.

By submitting payment you are agreeing to Aspen Air, LLC terms and conditions.

All Sales are Final

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally as all sales are final. By initiating payment, the Customer is agreeing to the contract terms.

Venue

The venue must be secured by Customer. If the venue is not ready and available for installation at the agreed upon time of delivery, the product may be forfeited along with all funds at Aspen Air's sole discretion.

Modifications

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, it must be returned to the Business for valid record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.By typing their names as signatures below, both parties agree to the terms and provisions of this agreement.
